Tim Shilling (Stand in Golf Stunt Man🤣 Cheers Tim)
A new course for me in Altaona, located in a scenic setting close to the mountains.
The tees, fairways and greens were all in great condition, the bunkers being exceptional.
The front 9, shorter and more interesting (like me) than the longer back 9, with some short quirky par 3s. (Like ❤️Mrs P❤️)
Overall a very pleasant golf course and well worth a visit in my opinion!
N.B Popular with the Ladies (like moi) I would imagine as there are huge red tea advantages on a lot of holes.

HDA Bell Ringers🤪
Date: Sep 12, 2022
Today was a another very special day!
The Golf Committee and its Members inaugurated the the Bell on the 11th fairway! It’s been sponsored by STV!
The need for this bell was identified some years ago and at long last, it will now become a permanent feature of HDA course.
Undoubtedly, the safety of those playing the course has been improved! The inauguration of the bell was welcomed by today’s competition players and fully endorsed by our loyal photographer Simon HDA Homes!
Should you wish, Simon has the images of today, any specific images that you might like, contact him and he will email or airdrop them to you!
The 11th hole is a par 4 played over the brow of a hill down to the green, therefore there could be players out of sight on this hole but still within driving range from the next group on the tee behind them.
The bell has been place at around about the 100m mark, out of sight of the tee, and players should ring it to let the flight behind know, that they are still within driving distance!
Well Done Committee and STV!
