Whilst here at Simon HDA Homes we continue with the more classic methods of showcasing our properties for sale, typically website and property portal listings, A Place in the Sun, Kyero and Rightmove, we have identified and conquered a niche market through Social Media.
Tictok reels, that can be shared on FaceBook are a punchy, short, fun way to present property listings. As well as the standard full virtual video tours we also offer a reel for all of our direct listings.
Typically in the space of 48 hours our reels hit over 1.2k views, with boasted photo posts having a reach of in excess of 5K and full virtual tours around a reach of 500+, its a great way to push out our properties in an additional way!
